Founding GTM
Glocap Tech is seeking a founding Head of GTM to design and execute the go-to-market strategy from zero to one. This leader will work closely with the CEO and product leadership to define how a financial product is positioned, sold, and scaled, translating market signals into revenue and product direction.

Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience
5+ years building and executing GTM strategy in B2B technology/SaaS/Financial fraud environments
Founding GTM experience is a must
Proven experience defining ICPs, segmentation, and pricing while establishing a tight customer feedback loop
Background in early-stage startups (0–1) or launching a new GTM motion or product line within a larger organization
Experience selling into at least one of the following verticals: payments, fintech, supply chain, or healthcare
Demonstrated success with partnership-led growth and building ecosystem relationships that drive pipeline and adoption
Strong understanding of the AI agent landscape and ability to sell to technical and semi-technical buyers
3-5 years experience in the TMT practice of a leading management consulting firm
Technical-first mindset with the ability to synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights that influence product roadmap and prioritization
Comfort running pilots, early enterprise conversations, and non-linear sales cycles
Comfortable operating as both strategist and first-line operator
