Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring they meet budgets, timelines, and design specifications while working closely with design teams to drive project success.
Responsibilities

Ensuring they meet budgets, timelines, and design specifications
Managing project schedules
Liaising with clients and stakeholders
Supervising inspections
Coordinating logistics
Handling expediting processes for materials and permits
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Project Management to lead and supervise all phases of project execution
Proficient in Expediting document creation to ensure timely permitting and material
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Previous experience in architecture is a must
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred
