Responsibilities
Install, configure, and manage Informatica PowerCenter
Troubleshoot outages, installation issues, and application code errors (Java apps in AWS)
Manage workflows, mappings, jobs, and ETL processes
Create and manage batch schedules using Control-M (or equivalent)
Configure and troubleshoot JBoss, Tomcat, Fuse, Apache servers
Generate and manage SSL certificates, PGP keys, and user governance
Monitor system/app logs via Splunk and perform root cause analysis
Automate builds/deployments with Jenkins
Support releases and ensure compliance with change control standards
Perform system maintenance (patching, tuning, backups)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
Qualification
Required
3+ years in Informatica PowerCenter administration
3+ years as a Batch Operator (Control-M or equivalent)
2+ years with PostgreSQL (or equivalent DB)
Experience in healthcare or health insurance marketplace domains
Strong troubleshooting, SQL, and analytical skills
Preferred
5+ years supporting large-scale enterprise systems
3+ years troubleshooting JBoss/Tomcat in AWS
Experience with EDI operations and Java runtime concepts
Familiarity with PMO processes, incident/change management (JIRA)
Three (3) current, verified professional references
Copies of degrees and certifications
