Responsibilities
Lead the strategic direction, lifecycle management, and profitability of assigned commercial and residential lighting product categories
Leverage TAMCO’s domestic manufacturing and sourcing capabilities to bring competitive, high-quality lighting solutions to market
Shape the lighting portfolio to meet evolving customer needs, drive category growth, and align commercial strategy with operational execution
Oversee and develop a small team supporting product execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
5–7 years of product management experience, ideally within lighting, electrical, or building products
Strong understanding of LED technology, lighting controls, and commercial and residential applications
Experience managing products within a distribution or customer-network-based go-to-market model
Proven experience leading and developing small teams
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP and PLM systems is a plus
Preferred
Lighting Certified (LC) credential through NCQLP, CAPM, or PMP certification preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in product management, procurement, or related roles
Experience managing vendor relationships and leading negotiations
Background in inventory management, fulfillment center operations, or supply chain management is preferred
