Responsibilities
Prospect and outreach (cold calls + cold email)
Book and run demos for home care agency owners and staff
Close new agency clients under approved pricing and messaging
Support onboarding and go-live for new clients to ensure successful adoption
Keep clean CRM notes and weekly pipeline updates
Qualification
Required
Strong communicator who can confidently run sales calls and demos
Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
Organized, responsive, and able to follow a process
Able to handle sensitive client data professionally
Preferred
Familiarity with home care, EVV, or SaaS is a plus (not required as training is provided)
