Business Analyst

Tantus, a Sikich Subsidiary, is seeking a Business Analyst to support the analysis, design, testing, and administration of IT systems in a federal environment. Responsibilities

Provide information technology services in facilities planning, operations, and support
Perform storage, server, database, website and web application systems analysis, design, testing, and administration
Perform local area network (LAN) analysis, design, testing, and administration
Provide user support planning, operations, and administration
Support related IT systems functions as required
Experience performing duties in a business analyst role
Strong communication skills
Experience facilitating requirements analysis and functional design working sessions
Experience with Axure
Experience developing mockups using Visio
Experience in quality assurance and application software testing
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience with business process re-engineering
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Ability to handle multiple and detail-oriented tasks
Understanding business analysis principles, processes, and techniques
Strong consultative and advisory skills
Ability to operate as a self-directed and self-sufficient analyst
Ability to quickly gain subject matter expertise and customer confidence
Effective interpersonal skills, including engagement with senior leadership
Experience working in a scrum development environment
Experience managing requirements in JIRA

Required

U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder) status
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Experience performing duties in a business analyst role
Strong communication skills

Master's degree and six (6) years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years of relevant experience
Degree in information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT management, or other IT degree
