Responsibilities
General maintenance and upkeep of apartment community (trash pick up, pet waste pick up, cleaning common areas, etc.), common area upkeep and building exterior upkeep (painting, sweeping, removing of items, etc.)
Assist in overall efforts to enhance curb appeal and retention of residents
Perform preventive maintenance as required
Perform light maintenance work order requests, as required
Assist in identifying life safety issues or other potential liabilities at the site
Strive to continuously meet or exceed resident satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
Entry level knowledge of skilled trades or interest in learning about skilled trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, etc.)
Ability to work independently or as a team
Ability to work first shift and potentially working weekends, as requested
Preferred
Individuals who are highly motivated and work well in a team, as well as with limited supervision
