Printer Technician
AA2IT is seeking a Printer Technician who will provide general IT support to clients including retailers and banks. The role involves driving to client sites to perform break-fix and IMAC calls, primarily focusing on printer and IT device support.

Responsibilities
IT field technician - driving to client sites and providing general IT support to customers (retailers, banks, etc.), for break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients, the level of support will vary by customer, but expect printer, laptop, server, network, and other IT devices
TOP 2 ? HW repair hands-on (printers, PCs, POS, etc.) break-fix, use of power tools (e.g. drills) and familiar with the ticketing system. Fast-paced environment, need problem-solving skills and be able to maintain composure under pressure
Key skill is Printer Breakfix
Schedule- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. However, work may occasionally follow the project schedule, which could include overtime or after-hours as needed
OC (on call)? Yes, after completing all required Certs and training
Qualification
Required
IT field technician experience
Hands-on hardware repair experience (printers, PCs, POS, etc.)
Experience with break-fix support
Familiarity with ticketing systems
Problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain composure under pressure
Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break
Availability for on-call duties after completing required certifications and training
Ability to travel to client sites within a 50 to 150 miles radius from the job location
Preferred
2-5 years of experience
A+ certification
Lexmark certifications and experience
Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs
Experience with Dell and Lenovo products
