Enterprise Account Executive
The ReWork Group partners with high-growth startups and forward-thinking companies to build the future. They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to sell solutions to large wealth management organizations and drive strategic partnerships in the Fintech sector.
Responsibilities
Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and close
Build and nurture relationships with executive decision-makers, creating internal champions for this SaaS platform
Understand complex, regulated business challenges and align the right solutions to deliver measurable impact
Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to tailor enterprise-level messaging and demos
Influence pricing strategies, enterprise deal structure, and long-term growth opportunities
Consistently achieve (and exceed) quarterly and annual revenue targets
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on enterprise or strategic accounts
Direct experience selling SaaS solutions to wealth management firms or large financial institutions
Demonstrated success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with six-figure (or greater) contract values
Ability to engage credibly with mid-level and C-suite executives as a trusted advisor
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technology and business challenges
Comfort operating in ambiguity and contributing to the development of sales processes and playbooks
Preferred
Experience in a high-growth or startup environment is strongly preferred
