Help Desk Analyst
Tier4 Group is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide first-line technical support to employees. The role involves troubleshooting software, imaging and deploying PCs, and supporting Microsoft 365 services, while also managing Active Directory and documenting IT processes.
Responsibilities
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity
Administering Active Directory, including user management and group policies
Imaging and deploying workstations
Working with the IT team to resolve issues and improve processes
Providing excellent customer service and technical support to users
Qualification
Required
Provide a first-line technical support to employees, focusing on troubleshooting software, imaging/deploying PCs, and supporting Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
Resolving hardware/software issues
Managing Active Directory
Handling tickets promptly
Documenting IT processes
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity
Administering Active Directory, including user management and group policies
Imaging and deploying workstations
Working with the IT team to resolve issues and improve processes
Providing excellent customer service and technical support to users
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environment
Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency in PC imaging
Good communication skills for addressing end-user needs
Experience with automating processes and workflows
