The role involves developing analytical tools and reporting standards to enhance business decisions and guest experiences at cultural attractions.

Responsibilities
Develop reporting (heat maps, dashboards, slide decks, status updates) standards and formats for partner and operator end use
Analyze and build optimal solutions around specific business needs (labor, speed of service, menu concentration)
Work on a long-term project that assesses how to automate the measurement of speed of service while developing viable and cost-effective solutions and to improve throughput
Perform routine data checks to identify any major issues with the flow of transactional data
Qualification
Required
Able to be on-site in our Chicago home office as well as Ravinia Festival
Undergraduate Junior or Senior earning a degree in business strategy, business analytics, finance, economics, or a related field
Excellent communication and data presentation skills
Experience using Microsoft Office, SQL, R, Python, and/or Tableau for data analysis and visualization
Can share examples of using data to solve complex problems
