Responsibilities
Respond to inbound phone and web leads
Schedule and perform in-home cleaning estimates
Explain services and convert prospects into recurring customers
Follow up on open estimates and past customers
Conduct quality checks in customers’ homes after service starts
Maintain detailed notes in CRM/scheduling system
Work closely with the office and cleaning teams to ensure smooth start-ups
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services
Support daily operations when needed to ensure excellent customer experience
Qualification
Required
1+ years in sales, customer service, hospitality, or field service roles
Confidence speaking with customers in person and over the phone
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to ask for the sale and handle objections professionally
Reliable transportation and comfort traveling to customer homes
Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling/CRM software
A self-starter mindset with a strong work ethic
