Responsibilities
Lead and manage related technology projects end‑to‑end, ensuring coordinated delivery across multiple scrum teams
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical requirements, simplify complex designs, and drive effective solution decisions
Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies while removing blockers across cross‑functional teams
Communicate project status, progress, and escalations clearly to senior leadership and external partners
Partner with external technology providers and vendors to support implementation plans, architecture alignment, and delivery milestones
Continuously review metrics, optimize processes, and ensure project execution aligns with organizational goals and customer experience needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
7+ years of experience in technical project/program management within software engineering environments
Strong hands‑on experience with Java APIs and deep understanding of technical design approaches
Proven ability to manage large, cross‑functional technology initiatives while driving risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery
