Responsibilities
Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm and warmth
Manage check-ins, reservations, and court flow
Answer questions, solve small problems, and keep play moving
Help new members feel comfortable and confident on their first visit
Support events, leagues, clinics, and special programming
Assist with pro shop sales and merchandise
Keep the front-of-house clean, organized, and inviting
Qualification
Required
You genuinely enjoy people and creating great experiences
You're calm, friendly, and confident—even when things get busy
You communicate clearly and professionally
You're comfortable using tablets, booking systems, and POS software
You can anticipate needs and take initiative
Preferred
Pickleball knowledge is a plus, but not required (we'll teach you)
