Responsibilities
Cover when the Primary Game Technician is not on site
Assist the Primary Game Technician in major projects
Maintain all gaming systems, including bumper cars and laser tag systems
Work in positions throughout the arcade to help ensure the best guest experience possible
Train with the primary tech to diagnose and repair the arcade cabinets and laser tag
Perform routine preventative maintenance and cleaning on the arcade cabinets and attractions
Qualification
Required
Ability to work well as a team
1-2 years of previous mechanical and electrical experience
Must have basic knowledge of Low Voltage DC
Must have excellent problem-solving skills
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends & holidays
Preferred
Experience in an arcade is a plus
