Maintain and monitor ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues and user inquiries

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP systems with other software solutions

Create and Maintain system documentation, including process workflows and user guides

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field or equivalent work experience
Proven experience as an ERP System Analyst, preferably with knowledge of popular ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
Strong understanding of business processes and workflows
