Responsibilities

Provide on-site troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance for automated machines and equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
Diagnose electro-mechanical issues and perform corrective actions to restore equipment functionality
Adjust machine settings and configurations to meet operational specifications and service requirements
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to properly position, secure, and service equipment
Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to complete service tasks safely and efficiently
Communicate clearly with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders regarding service activities and equipment status
Maintain accurate service documentation and adhere to quality and safety standards
Manage multiple service tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and service quality

Required

Associate's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanics, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in a related field service or technical support role
Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting background
Experience working with a wide range of tools and diagnostic equipment
Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control components of automation systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers, team members, and leadership
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a client-driven environment
