Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing all provided IT services and ensuring they always remain available to the client
Responsible for desktops, servers, network, telephony and cloud-based services
When a service outage occurs, it is your responsibility to ensure service is restored as fast as possible
Qualification
Required
10 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree, or 15+ years of experience and a high school/GED diploma
Active TS/SCI with a polygraph
Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time) and operate computer equipment and office machinery
