Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities with small business clients
Present and explain IT services and AI solutions in a clear, non-technical way
Collaborate on marketing strategies, campaigns, and outreach initiatives
Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and client relationship management
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
Help refine service offerings, pricing, and messaging based on real-world sales insights
Represent Cortex Labs professionally in calls, meetings, and online communication
Qualification
Required
Experience in IT sales, technology consulting, or B2B sales
Strong understanding of IT services (managed IT, security, networking, cloud, or AI solutions)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing, or sales platforms is a plus
Preferred
Experience selling to small businesses or startups
Background in marketing, digital outreach, or brand development
Knowledge of cybersecurity, AI tools, or automation platforms
Arizona-based
Bachelors in Business Administration & Management
CompTIA Certifications
