Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Acrisure Trade Credit is a global fintech leader empowering businesses with innovative solutions. The Commercial Insurance Account Manager is responsible for assisting the Client Adviser in the renewal process of existing accounts and managing complex servicing issues.

Responsibilities
Meet as needed with Account Executive to discuss upcoming renewals. Analyze the client’s needs, existing coverage, and appropriate carriers for the renewal submission
Contact the insured prior to renewal to obtain updated information including but not limited to vehicle/driver lists, IFTAs, risk changes, current payroll, etc
Verify that all currently valued loss runs have been ordered by assigned loss run person and received
Complete necessary applications for submission to carriers
Submit complete submission to carriers and respond to any follow-up inquiries from the underwriter
Prepare a renewal proposal for review by the agent and submit to client
Complete renewal binding process including obtaining signed applications, notification of carrier, signed finance agreement, billing in agency management system, and updating of information in the agency management system
Send necessary ID cards, certificates, etc. to the insured
Assist Account Executive and/or CSR with rewriting policies
Assist clients/CSR with complex service requests
Qualification
Required
Three years insurance experience with an Ohio Property and Casualty license
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with Applied EPIC
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently
Team player
