Model-Based Systems Engineer, Senior
Lockheed Martin is a leader in aerospace and defense, and they are seeking a Senior Model-Based Systems Engineer to support their Fleet Ballistic Missiles program. The role involves leading Model-Based Systems Engineering efforts, developing architecture and interface models, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement MBSE practices.

Responsibilities
Support MBSE efforts on multiple programs; solicit stakeholder needs for MBSE implementation
Develop architecture and interface model data
Elicit stakeholder needs and requirements for input into architecture models
Use system data to develop modeling and architecture data for assembly, integration and verification
Qualification
Required
Experience performing Systems Engineering activities associated with Model Based applications
Familiar with Model Based Systems Engineering practices and implementation
2+ years of direct Cameo modeling experience with demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of SysML
Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret as the final clearance
Preferred
Experience using system modeling tools (Cameo, Rhapsody, MagicDraw, etc.) to solve systems engineering problems
Experience with system engineering on Fleet Ballistic Missile or missile defense system
Experience with process development and deployment
Experience with DOORS
Working knowledge of MBSE-related Digital Engineering activities and implementation
Familiar with Agile Methodologies
Prior FBM Missile or other Missile or Missile Defense experience (to include threat system)
>1 year program work experience in a structured Agile Environment
Documented LM Systems Engineering Bootcamp Training completion
Active Top Secret Clearance
