Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients and build trust
Sales and Sales Management experience to drive results and meet performance targets
Experience in training others or a willingness to learn and share knowledge
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to meet daily goals
High level of professionalism, motivation, and enthusiasm
Preferred
Previous experience in roles requiring direct customer engagement is a plus
