Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and safety in the production of ICSP consumables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to identify automation opportunities and requirements
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for automation systems, including design specifications, user manuals, and maintenance procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated systems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production
Conduct regular performance evaluations of automated systems and implement improvements as needed
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to automation and manufacturing processes
Provide training and support to production staff on the use and maintenance of automated systems
Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technology and integrate relevant innovations into our processes

Required

Graduate student completing a Master's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field of study graduating between December 2026 to June 2027
Previous related internships totaling 1+ years experience required

Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity
Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship (current or future) for employment visa status
