Account Manager - Vending Space

Dabble Holdings is a holding company based in Ardmore, PA, focused on building and acquiring sustainable businesses. They are seeking a driven Account Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of vending operators and small business accounts while pursuing new business opportunities.

Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals

Responsibilities

Own and manage an assigned book of vending operator and small business accounts, driving sales performance and customer retention
Build strong relationships with operators and business owners to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for expanded product offerings and increased order volume
Monitor buying patterns and recommend new items, promotions, and product lines to grow account revenue
Proactively identify and pursue new customer opportunities through outreach, networking, and lead generation
Convert prospects into long-term customers by presenting compelling product solutions and demonstrating value
Develop territory plans and strategies to expand market presence within the vending industry
Respond to customer inquiries, orders, and concerns promptly with a focus on resolution and satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, delivery timelines, and issue resolution
Serve as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback with Product Development, Marketing, and Operations
Track and report on key performance metrics, sales goals, and account activity
Maintain accurate records in CRM and order management systems
Participate in product training to stay current on new releases and industry trends
Support tradeshow preparation and attend industry events as needed

Required

1+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or business development
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and customer-first approach

Preferred

Experience in bulk vending, amusement, toys, novelty, or candy industries
Bachelor's degree
