Start in 2026 SummerSouthwestern Advantage is seeking motivated college students for a paid summer internship focused on sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Interns will gain real-world experience running their own business while receiving professional training and mentorship.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Engage in 1,000–3,000+ face-to-face, consultative sales conversations with families of various socio-economic backgrounds
Build and manage a personal business brand using social media and customer follow-up systems
Identify customer needs and deliver tailored product demonstrations
Execute core business operations, including prospecting, sales tracking, and basic accounting
Collaborate with a high-performing student team and leadership community focused on growth and accountability
Qualification
Required
Current college student or recent graduate (all majors welcome)
Strong work ethic and competitive mindset
Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Comfortable making independent decisions
Willing to relocate and thrive in a performance-driven environment
Preferred
Optional upper-division transferable college credit may be available in Communications or Marketing through participating universities
