Develop the company's overall product strategy, product vision, and medium-to-long-term product roadmap
Ensure product strategy aligns with the company's business strategy, market positioning, and growth targets
Continuously evaluate market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to adjust product direction
Manage the company's product portfolio, balancing innovation, growth, and profitability
Responsible for the entire product lifecycle management, from concept, planning, and development to launch and end-of-life
Promote product standardization, modularization, and platform development
Establish a systematic customer insight and demand management mechanism
Translate customer needs and market opportunities into actionable product requirements and business solutions
Ensure that products truly solve customer problems and create sustainable value
Collaborate closely with R&D, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams
Ensure products are delivered on schedule and with high quality
Support product go-to-market (GTM), sales enablement, and customer success
Establish a product metrics system (e.g., growth, retention, conversion, revenue, etc.)
Continuously optimize product experience and business performance based on data analysis
Evaluate product ROI and promote rational resource allocation
Promote product innovation, agile development, and lean product management practices
Introduce new technologies, models, and methods to enhance product competitiveness
Build best practices and knowledge systems for product management
Build and lead the product management team
Cultivate product management talent with strategic thinking, customer orientation, and business acumen
Create a product culture driven by customer value and results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Business Administration, or a related field
MBA or relevant product management training is preferred
Over 20 years of experience in product management or related fields
At least 15 years of experience managing large product teams or product lines
Proven experience in successfully building or managing scalable products
Product strategy planning and business judgment
Customer insight and requirements management
Cross-functional collaboration and leadership
Data-driven decision-making and product analysis
Product innovation and execution
Preferred
Experience with B2B SaaS, internet platforms, or complex product systems
Experience in global or multi-market product management
Background in AI, data platforms, or technology-driven products
Successful track record of building products from scratch or scaling existing products
