Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to faculty, fellows, and residents
Process reimbursement requests and compile administrative data
Coordinate and support meetings and events, including taking meeting minutes
Troubleshoot and triage technical issues for faculty and staff
Support communications initiatives, including newsletters and website coordination
Liaise with hospital, faculty practice, and departmental partners
Distribute mail and maintain office supplies
Perform other administrative and special project duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years of experience in a related area (e.g., administration, project or program management, event planning, analysis)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
Service-oriented approach with responsiveness to requests and inquiries
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Demonstrated sound judgment in addressing issues and concerns
Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques
Excellent attendance and reliability
Customer service experience supporting learners, faculty, and other stakeholders
Preferred
Working knowledge of policies and regulatory requirements within health professions education
Familiarity with educational technology and systems
Ability to troubleshoot and triage technology-related issues
