Responsibilities
Use AI-powered tools, data insights, and automated workflows to identify target accounts
Personalize outreach at scale using modern digital communication tactics
Qualify inbound and outbound leads using AI-driven scoring and prioritization
Partner closely with the sales team to ensure high-value accounts move through the pipeline efficiently
Work directly with top advisors to learn how they build relationships, grow books, and win big
Use technology to accelerate learning, track performance, and refine your approach
Execute structured sales processes with precision using CRM and AI-enabled systems
Provide insights to help optimize workflows, automation, and digital engagement strategies
Build the foundation to transition into a Client Advisor role: relationship building, tech-powered sales strategies, and long-term client value creation
Qualification
Required
