Responsibilities

Lead and develop sourcing talent – Inspire, coach, and develop partners through clear expectations, meaningful goals, ongoing performance and development conversations, and skill development in sourcing best practices
Deliver strategic sourcing leadership – Lead the development and execution of category sourcing strategies, supplier relationship management, and risk management practices that support enterprise priorities and operational excellence
Architect value for the business – Develop strategic and operational plans, measure results, and hold teams accountable while partnering with leadership to drive bottom‑line results, top‑line growth, and corporate social responsibility outcomes

Required

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, manufacturing, or a related field
8+ years of sourcing experience
Leadership – Leads with humility and authenticity; prioritizes partner growth, inclusion, and well-being while fostering trust and empowerment
Sourcing Foundations – Expert knowledge of category strategies, supplier relationship management, risk management, RFX processes, market analysis, should cost models, and standard legal protections
Problem Solving – Strong ability to assess complex business situations, identify options, and drive effective execution
Teamwork & Influence – Effectively influences peers and leaders across functions and levels on complex strategies
Project Management – Drives clarity, focus, and execution across multiple initiatives
Emotional Intelligence & Influence – Leads effectively in ambiguous environments and adapts style to stakeholder needs
Communication & Business Acumen – Communicates clearly and persuasively with cross functional partners and senior leaders using strong storytelling and data driven insights
