Responsibilities

Conduct quality reviews for phones call, correspondence, and tax returns
Assist in identifying and recommending process improvements
Collaborate with area leaders to enhance training and standardize work practices
Qualification
Required
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
Qualifying 'professional experience' is only considered post bachelor's degree
Departmental Analyst 9: No specific type or amount is required
Departmental Analyst 10: One year of professional experience
Departmental Analyst P11: Two years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service
Departmental Analyst 12: Three years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the experienced (P11) level in state service
Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school
Four years of experience as an advanced 9-level worker in an ECP Group One classification
Three years of experience as an E9, E10, or E11-level worker in an ECP Group One classification
Two years of experience as an experienced level worker in an ECP Group One technician or paraprofessional classification
Two years of experience as a first-line supervisor in an ECP Group Three classification
One year of experience as a second-line supervisor in an ECP Group Three classification

Hybrid Remote Work: This position is eligible to work remotely on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and must work onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Selected candidate must have a safe and appropriate designated workspace or workstation for performance of work and secure and sufficient internet access of commercial cable or wireless broadband with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
