Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting the project team in the execution of the prime contract terms and conditions; work with Construction, Engineering, Contracts and Supply Chain Management, Legal, and Insurance and Risk Management to assist in facilitating organizational interface
Develop and administer a Key Prime Deliverables Schedule
Assist in reviewing or writing formal correspondence to Clients to ensure contract compliance
Assist in developing the Contract Summary and updating throughout the project
Work with Legal and escalate changes to project management
Assist in the development of prime contract flow down clauses for incorporation into contracts and purchase orders; assist in the development of pre and post contract award compliance documents
Other duties as assigned

Required

Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and three (3) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to seven (7) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Preferred

Accredited degree or Paralegal degree or a Legal Administration degree or global equivalent
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self starter and motivated with an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
