Responsibilities
Support client onboarding, account openings, and ongoing account maintenance
Prepare and process client paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail
Serve as a point of contact for client service requests and follow-ups
Assist advisors with meeting preparation, notes, and post-meeting action items
Maintain accurate client records and documentation across systems
Coordinate with custodians and external partners
Learn firm workflows, compliance standards, and client service best practices
Gradually take on increased client-facing and planning-related responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or in progress), preferably in finance, economics, business, or a related field
0–2 years of professional experience (internships welcome)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity, coachability, and desire to grow into an advisory role
Client-first mindset and high ethical standards
Comfort with Google Workspace and learning new technology
Interest in pursuing a long-term career as a Financial Advisor
