IT Programmer Principal Analyst
The City of Chandler Information Technology Department is seeking an IT Programmer Principal Analyst to join their team. The role involves utilizing systems architectural and design principles to plan, modify, and implement application solutions while collaborating with various city departments to enhance technology services and support.

Responsibilities
Utilizes systems architectural and design principles to plan, modify and implement application solutions
Coordinates the use of computer technology across various city departments to ensure accurate and timely information is available to citizens, elected officials, management, and staff
Manages technology investments and assets such as the city's enterprise computer network, systems, and applications
Provides technology services and support, consulting, business process analysis, and project management
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
5 years of recent experience with systems application analysis, highly complex technical documentation programming, including acting as a lead system implementer on a project team delivering an enterprise solution
experience in web development (C#, ASP.Net, Angular, NodeJs preferred), BASH/Linux, XML, JSON, Database development
any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work
Preferred
Proven experience as a Workday Integration Developer or similar technical role
Hands-on expertise with: Workday Studio, EIB/DTS, Cloud Connect, Orchestrate
Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics
Experience building Workday Extend applications
Familiarity with APIs and integration protocols (REST/SOAP)
