Responsibilities
Perform EMC testing per customer specifications, including but not limited to: ESD, BCI, Free Field Radiated Immunity, Transients, Radiated Emissions, and Conducted Emissions
Maintain A2LA accreditation paperwork and equipment calibrations
Maintain A2LA accreditation processes and maintain proper documentation for compliance
Create EMC test reports per customer requirements
Assist the Lead EMC Engineer in any tasks needed to satisfy the customer
Perform test setups off-site and monitor testing
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar)
Superb knowledge/performance of all laboratory equipment including: Spectrum Analyzers, RF Amplifiers, Signal Generators, EMI Receivers, Antennas, Directional Couplers, and Power Meters
Excellent written communication
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving

Continuously maintaining a customer focus
Perform EMC testing per customer specifications, including but not limited to: ESD, BCI, Free Field Radiated Immunity, Transients, Radiated Emissions, and Conducted Emissions

NARTE EMC Technician/EMC Engineer Certification
