The role involves supporting various engineering functions including CAD modeling, documentation, and quality improvement.
Manufacturing
Responsibilities
Build and update CAD models, assemblies, and drawings in SolidWorks (ANSI Y14.5)
Support creation, revision, and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Assist with engineering change documentation and CAD workflow updates
Provide drafting and documentation support for engineering teams
Support root cause investigations and corrective action work
Assist with prototype procurement, testing documentation, and production support
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology
Minimum GPA: 3.0
Strong proficiency with SolidWorks
Interest in CAD-focused engineering work, drafting, and detailed documentation
Familiarity with materials and manufacturing processes
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs for part handling or prototype work
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Previous internship or technical work experience preferred
