Solutions Architect
Superior Water Services is looking for a Business Development / Strategic Solutions Architect to drive growth in the Metro Atlanta and surrounding markets. This role is designed for someone who can think strategically, sell consultatively, and close confidently, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and developing customized technical solutions.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach
Build a strong pipeline from the ground up — you own it from first contact to close
Develop and execute business development strategies that translate into real revenue
Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to stay ahead
Work with internal teams to design customized, technical water-treatment solutions
Communicate the why and how behind systems — not just the price
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with professionalism and confidence
Use CRM tools to track activity, manage opportunities, and ensure follow-through
Maintain strong relationships so customers feel supported long after the sale
Qualification
Required
B2B Hunter!
5+ years of B2B business development or sales experience
Background in commercial HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems, or water treatment is a strong plus
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Comfortable operating independently with a high sense of urgency
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
