Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with aerospace, defense, and advanced-manufacturing vendors
Identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers
Lead price, lead-time, and contract negotiations
Procure mechanical, electrical, composite, propulsion, and COTS components
Track inventory levels, open orders, and lead times
Maintain accurate inventory records and traceability
Align procurement with production needs
Negotiate and manage domestic and international shipping
Manage freight forwarders and logistics providers
Prepare and manage export documentation
Ensure compliance with EAR regulations
Support ISO-9001 and AS-9100 implementation
Coordinate third-party certification bodies
Qualification
Required
3+ years in aerospace or advanced hardware supply chain
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Experience with inventory systems and logistics
