Qualification
Required
15–20 years of experience in investment management, portfolio management, financial analysis, or related fields
5+ years of senior leadership experience overseeing investment teams or managing institutional portfolios
Proven expertise in Investment Strategies, Investment Management, and Portfolio Management
Comprehensive understanding of Finance, Capital Markets, and Institutional Investment Practices
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to assess and manage financial risks
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to institutional investments
Demonstrated track record of achieving financial growth and managing diversified, large-scale portfolios
Preferred
Professional certifications such as CFA are highly advantageous
Experience working with educational institutions, foundations, or public-sector investment structures is a plus
