Qualification
Required
Proficient in Maintenance & Repair and performing scheduled maintenance tasks
Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
Experience in Field Service, including traveling to customer locations as needed
Ability to provide excellent Customer Service and maintain positive client relationships
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Experience in similar technical roles or industries is a plus
Technical certifications are advantageous
