Volunteer: SafeHome Community Launch Strategy
SafeHome is a nonprofit organization focused on improving disaster preparedness through community engagement. The volunteer will create a community launch strategy and outreach playbook to enhance awareness and reduce vulnerability to disasters in San Francisco.

Create a community launch strategy and outreach playbook for the SafeHome website
Identify recommended distribution channels
Draft outreach approaches and sample messaging for community groups and city departments
Propose a phased outreach plan
Suggest simple metrics
Join co-design sessions
Review scopes and drafts
Develop a schedule and tracker for implementing the final plan
Qualification
Required
Experience in creating community outreach strategies
Ability to draft outreach approaches and sample messaging
Skills in proposing phased outreach plans
Knowledge of metrics for measuring outreach effectiveness
Experience working with community groups and city departments
Ability to collaborate in co-design sessions
Skills in reviewing scopes and drafts
Ability to develop schedules and trackers for project implementation
