Responsibilities
Prepare precise quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for high-end interior build-outs and ground-up construction
Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to identify technical requirements for MEP and custom millwork
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids to ensure competitive and accurate project pricing
Identify potential budget or scope issues before they become delays—being proactive rather than reactive is what sets us apart
Work with operations to ensure a seamless project handoff and support value engineering efforts
Qualification
Required
Graduates in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines
Detail-oriented professionals who take pride in accuracy, organization, and thoughtful cost analysis
