Qualification
Required
Experience in Franchise Development and managing Franchise Agreements
Strong persuasion and consultative sales experience
Strong presentation and leadership skills
Comprehensive understanding of Franchising standards and practices
Experience and understanding of discovery process as well as KPI's
Skills in Business Planning and developing strategic growth models
Proficiency in Lead Generation to attract and cultivate potential franchisees
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
Proven leadership ability and experience in a sales or development-focused role
Knowledge of the senior care or healthcare sector is a strong advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Preferred
Experience with resale opportunities a plus
Prior experience with broker and digital lead generation
