Customer Success Manager
Second Chair.ai is a rapidly expanding company seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption and foster strong relationships with customers. The role involves owning the post-sale customer journey, leading onboarding efforts, and serving as the voice of the customer to ensure a positive experience and prevent churn.
Responsibilities
Own the post-sale customer journey from onboarding to renewal
Lead structured onboarding for law firms and litigation teams
Drive product adoption, engagement, and measurable outcomes
Proactively identify churn risks and expansion opportunities
Serve as the voice of the customer internally—partnering with Product, Sales, and Engineering
Build scalable success processes, playbooks, and feedback loops
Turn satisfied customers into references, case studies, and champions
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services (B2B SaaS preferred)
Strong communication skills—especially with professional, high-expectation clients
Comfortable explaining technical or AI-driven products in plain English
Organized, proactive, and systems-oriented
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Preferred
experience in legal tech, litigation support, or working with attorneys
