Responsibilities
Manage day-of logistics for private event rentals at The Bunny Hive
Serve as the on-site Bunny Hive representative for families, vendors, and entertainers
Confidently lead or assist with party add-on activities and themed experiences
Create a welcoming, joyful atmosphere for children and their grownups
Ensure events stay on schedule and flow smoothly
Communicate clearly and professionally with families before and during events
Complete post-event cleaning and studio reset using provided checklists
Assist with retail inventory management as needed
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
Confident, friendly, and able to take charge when needed
Comfortable speaking with families, vendors, and team members in person and via email
Creative, flexible, and calm under pressure
Enjoys working with young children and lively group settings
Preferred
Experience in event coordination, hospitality, childcare, retail, or customer service
Comfort leading group activities or themed experiences
College students welcome, but no degree required
