Responsibilities
Utilize Microvellum software to Engineer Cabinets
Produce on-time, accurate production drawings and information
Support customers and production through problem solving, tooling and process development
Communicate with Customers on Questions Relating to their Order
Assist with Customer Service Order Review Processes
Support sales and manufacturing through new product development
Have a Team-Player Mindset that is Willing to Help in Customer Service and Engineering
Qualification
Required
Working Knowledge of AutoCad, Excel, and Microvellum
Experience with Tooling and Process Development for Cabinets/Woodworking
Ability to Create Detailed and Organized Shop Drawings as Needed
Ability to Work Closely with Customers and Customer Service to Develop New Products
Strong Sense of Urgency
