Responsibilities
Provide complex and high-level administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to the Child Support Enforcement Hearing Officer
Compose/draft correspondence, court orders, memoranda, reports, e-mails, and other documents observing strict confidentiality
Transcribe judicial documents
Assist in preparing and maintaining court calendar, including panel assignments, time and location of oral argument, writs and motions panels, weekly emergency panels, and full court conference dates
Receive, arrange and post court dockets
Assist in ensuring proper setup of courtroom for session
Communicate and interact with judges and judicial staff, pro-se litigants, attorneys and their staff, case managers, clerks, as well as the general public
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED and two years of college or vocational school education in paralegal, secretarial skills, computer operations, or a closely related field
Two years of related work experience
Valid Florida State Driver's License required
