Responsibilities
Implement behavior plans created by a BCBA
Track and submit session data electronically
Receive paid training and support toward RBT certification
Work daytime and evenings (3-8pm) + one weekend day (part-time flexibility available)
Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working or volunteering with children
Strong communication & reliability
Reliable transportation (travel within 40 mins of Glenview)
Must pass a background check
Preferred
Experience or coursework in psychology, behavior analysis, or human development is a plus
CPR/First Aid preferred
