National Accounts Capabilities Manager

The National Accounts Capabilities Manager role focuses on advancing innovation and building analytical capabilities to support strategic initiatives, while managing projects and delivering insights to enhance decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities
Build, enhance and maintain National Account advanced analytics solutions by developing and directing back-end data pipelines and front-end BI assets across multiple platforms, using multiple and disparate data sets to develop tools and dashboards that generate high‑impact insights driving customer and category performance
Support department-wide projects that drive standardization and efficiencies while fostering innovation of new reporting capabilities and insights
Own the product vision and delivery: Define and communicate the vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned to business objectives; translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements for Agile teams; and proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and cross-team dependencies to protect delivery
Lead through influence and clarity: Build trusted relationships with peers and business leaders, communicate progress and trade-offs transparently, and guide decision-making to manage expectations and ensure value is delivered iteratively and predictably
Applies significant knowledge of industry trends, leverages best practices, implements new processes, procedures, training and controls to improve business delivery capabilities overall

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of front- and back-end design and development in various BI tools (i.e. Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, SAP Business Objects)
2+ years of Agile (scrum) consulting, project management, analytical and commercial work experience
Understanding of 3rd Party syndicated data (i.e. Nielsen, Circana, Numerator) and retailer-provided point of sale data
Experience synthesizing and analyzing data from a variety of internal and external data sources
Ability to work independently and autonomously
Strong cross-functional team leadership, business analysis capabilities and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Preferred
Category Management/CPG industry knowledge a plus
Working knowledge of Databricks functionality
Ability to build simple-to-complex SQL queries
Python or R skills a plus
Advanced skills in SharePoint
