Responsibilities
Support Case Managers by coordinating non-clinical tasks essential to case management operations
Work in a call center environment making outbound and receiving inbound member calls
Schedule medical appointments, DME, home health services, and other support services
Perform eligibility and benefit verifications
Request, track, and manage medical records
Complete accurate and timely data entry
Review medical management reports and identify discrepancies
Conduct outbound telephonic outreach to members regarding Case Management programs
Maintain accurate and reliable case, data, and reporting documentation
Collaborate with team members to support departmental needs
Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect all PHI
Qualification
Required
Experience in data entry, customer service, or call center operations
Familiarity with medical records and medical terminology
Experience supporting patient care or medical workflows (non-clinical)
Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to identify and report data inconsistencies
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced call center environment
Preferred
Healthcare or insurance experience preferred
