Sexual Assault and Harassment Prevention and Response Program Administrative Assistant
Graham Inc. is seeking a Sexual Assault and Harassment Prevention and Response Program Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, executive, programmatic, and analytical support to the National Science Foundation's Office of Legislative and Public Affairs. The role involves managing various administrative tasks, supporting policy development, and delivering metrics and analytics support to enhance communication and program decision-making.

Responsibilities
Support the development, review, modification, and maintenance of new and current Sexual Assault and Harassment Prevention and Response Program (SAHPR) regulatory policies, procedures, and guidelines
Support the development of SAHPR-related policies, guidance, standard operating procedures, and FAQs in a manner to ensure they are clear, consistent, and easy for employees and stakeholders to understand and access
Write and edit high-quality products that effectively explain and interpret the Agency's stance on sexual violence issues. Supports the drafting of responses to ensure accuracy, clarity, conciseness, and adherence to the NSF Style Guide
Conduct editorial reviews for grammar, style, consistency, and clarity of presentation considering the intended audience, potential policy implications, and compliance with both Agency and the NSF Office of the Director (OD) practices and policies
Assist in the preparation and editing of products intended for a variety of audiences to explain and interpret complex policies, programs, and functions of the SAHPR program
Perform research and analysis to inform the establishment or revisions of policies, procedures, guidelines, and/or informational materials and products. Technical writing and editing assignments often require substantial analysis to present convincing evidence of new findings or to present accurate and critical information
Qualification
Required
Comprehensive administrative, executive, programmatic, and analytical support experience
Experience managing calendars, correspondence, meetings, document workflows, databases, and stakeholder communications
Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness in a fast-paced federal environment
Experience with travel and training coordination, metrics reporting, document management, and maintenance of templates and distribution lists
Experience drafting, editing, and managing official correspondence, agency-wide policies, and issuances
Ability to maintain style guides aligned with branding and develop standard operating procedures
Experience managing organized document libraries
Experience providing specialized administrative and writing support for programs related to sexual assault and harassment prevention and response
Ability to conduct research and analysis, perform rigorous editorial reviews, and produce clear, accurate, and audience-appropriate communications
Experience collecting and analyzing data from digital platforms, media monitoring tools, and stakeholder engagement activities
Ability to develop dashboards and reports for leadership and translate complex data into actionable insights
Experience collaborating with communications staff to ensure metrics inform strategy and improve performance
